Your tasks
- Administration of Sales Cloud and Marketing cloud for SPOD
- Development of Salesforce strategy in context of a POD provider and the company strategy
- Creation, monitoring and management of workflow automation
- Reporting and controlling of key KPI
- Definition of events and data communication between platform and Salesforce
- Setup and management of communication channels (Social Media, Newsletter, Automails)
- Optimizing usage of Salesforce to increase data quality while reducing cost and latency
- Planning and implementation of strategic developments
- Error handling and communication
Your profile
- You bring in several years of work experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud as an admin
- You are experienced with an agile work environment
- You are a data-driven person with a strong analytical mindset
- You are result driven and organized with the a hands-on mentality
- You are open-minded and able to communicate your ideas
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus

- Certified Salesforce administrator or Mounteneer rank in Trailhead
