Your Responsibilities/Tasks
- Strategic planning for the upscaling of our product assortment and execution in coordination with various teams
- Definition and tracking of concrete team and employee goals
- Direct administrative management, staff planning and task assignment
- Technical mentorship, training and development of existing and new resources
- Design, implement and optimize workflows and advancement of imagery processes and visualizations
- Proactive problem solving within the team and in collaboration with other departments
- Supporting the photo team in the planning and organization of large-scale projects, including pre-production and during photoshoots
Your Profile
- Proven expertise in product image post-production and high-end beauty retouching
- At least 5 years experience working with digital visualization and presentation of physical products
- Proactive working style and driven to solve problems
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and German
