Your Tasks and Objectives
- Help SPOD merchants integrate SPOD into their shop system of choice
- Communicate proactively on products and projects and invest in their engagement for future growth
- Measure, analyze and increase our merchants health and develop a uniquely strong merchant loyalty
- Grow the number of successful selling merchants and maxamize their merchant lifetime-value
- Proactively and consistently demonstrate the value and benefits of our product and all connected services
- Coach and support merchants with different service levels depending on sales volumes and engagement level
- Review available reports to determine patterns and indicators to find high potential merchants
- Respond to issues and questions raised by the merchants and represent their needs within the company
- Forward technical problems to IT and ensure they are resolved
Your Profile
- You know how to engage with people in a trustworthy and open way
- You have gained your first experience within the e-commerce market, ideally with Shopify or other shop systems
- You know everything about merchants and how to maximize product value for them
- You are able to communicate fluently in English and German
- You are an analytical and structured person, driven by numbers and eager to act based on them
- You strive to make sure merchants can use SPOD to maximize their impact, revenue and profit
